As much as we would love to accommodate your fur babies, in consideration of other guests that might be staying in the resort as well, we would like to prevent potential allergic reactions, disasters, or negative encounters overall.

Our policies of duration of stay is a maximum of 4 days for each guest group, to accommodate other guests that are wanting to book with us.

We do have some additional charges, in terms of additional services such as the following:

1. Use of the jetted tub is free for one hour, but each additional hour on top of that is PHP 1000

2. Use of the barbeque grill has an additional PHP 500 cleaning fee, one time payment, regardless of amount of times of use

3. Each guest group will have a complimentary 5 gallon refill of water, but water refills on top of that shall be purchased with the staff

4. Additional people on top of the maximum allowed number of guest shall cost PHP 1000, regardless of if the additional guest slept over inside of the Manor

5. Any damages to the facilities shall be charged to the guest group

6. We have a security deposit of PHP 2000, which will be refunded after the stay should there be no damages to the facilities or amenities

Our minimum number of guests is at 14, while our maximum number of guests is at 30. Rates shall vary depending on the number of guests of each night of stay.

Our guests can reserve through communicating with our booking staff through AirBNB, Facebook, Agoda, or Booking.com

When our booking staff confirms your date with you, you will be asked to sign our guest agreement form, which will be sent over to you through whichever means works best for you. Afterwards, you will be required to pay for a 50% down payment of your total stay, as well as the security deposit. You will then pay for the rest of your stay once you check-in to the resort.

Our check-in times are at 5:00 PM and our check out times are at 2:00 PM. Please do note that we follow these guidelines STRICTLY in order to properly prepare and accommodate all incoming and out going guests.

Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate you for an ocular visit before you decide to book for your stay! We can accommodate live ocular visits, or even virtual visits through video chat so long as they are between the hours of 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM.

Yes, we have Wi-Fi! All our guests are more than able to use our Wi-Fi once they come into our facilities for their stay.

Yes, you are! However, we do encourage our guest to lower the volume of the KTV after 10:00 PM in respect to our neighbors as those are our village quiet times.

While we do not have a life guard on board, our staff is knowledgeable on BLS (Basic Life Support), First Aid, and our premises has CCTV cameras that are active at all times in order to ensure the safety of all of our guests.
